Fishpools Delivery Service
We offer a range of home delivery options. Delivery methods vary based on your product selection. Smaller items are generally sent via Parcel Force, while furniture is delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery service.
Our Delivery Services
Premier Delivery
£75
Our Premier Delivery service is our method for most larger items. Our specialist delivery team will deliver your furniture to your room of choice and offer expert in-room assembly* for most items. We will also remove any packaging for recyling.
Premier Beds & Mattress
£55
Our Premier Beds & Mattress service will ensure your need bed or mattress is taken into the room of your choice, assembled* and packaging removed.
Standard Delivery
£29 / £9
Our Standard delivery service is the default option for smaller pieces of furniture and some accessories. This is a doorstep delivery service and costs £29 (£9 for Rugs & Accessories).
Parcel Force
£9
After dispatch, this is a 48 hour Monday-Friday, UK mainland delivery service. You will receive a text message with your tracking details on dispatch. Estimated dispatch dates are highlighted on product pages.
*Some items are packed flat and require full self assembly. These items are excluded from our Premier Delivery assembly.

If you live in South East, we will usually delivery your goods using our own Fishpools delivery service and dedicated team. Our Fishpools delivery service covers the following postcodes:
AL, BR, CB, CM, CO, CR, DA, E, EC, EN, GU, HA, HP, IG, IP, KT, LU, ME, MK, N, NN, NW, OX, RG, RH, RM, SE, SG, SL, SM, SS, SW, TN, TW, UB, W, WC, WD
Delivery outside of these postcodes will be serviced using a 3rd part courier. Please note, our 3rd party delivery service may carry an extended delivery lead-time and surcharge.

Always The Best...
The delivery men were excellent. Our 2 two seater sofas split into 2. They were just a tad too wide to get through the front door. The men came up with a solution of partly dismantling both sections of the sofas so they were slightly narrower. They worked very hard and did a great job all the while being very polite and courteous.
