We offer a range of delivery services to make receiving your items simple, smooth and stress-free.

Premier Furniture Delivery
From £89 - Our larger items such as sofas, dining tables and bedroom furniture is delivered by our trusted in-house team:
- Room-of-choice placement
- Door and floors protected
- Unpacking and furniture assembly*
- Removal and recycling of packaging
- Courtesy, care and professionalism
- Delivery day and time provided

Premier Beds & Mattress Delivery
From £65 - Bed and Mattresses are delivered by our trusted in-house team in the room of your choice:
- Room-of-choice placement
- Door and floors protected
- Unpacking and furniture assembly*
- Removal and recycling of packaging
- Courtesy, care and professionalism
- Delivery day and time provided

Standard Furniture Delivery
From £39 - For smaller items of furniture such as dining chairs and side tables. For quick, efficient delivery while still ensuring your items arrive safely and on time:
- Safe delivery to your door
- Ideal for self-assembly and DIY setup
- Delivery day provided

Small Parcel Delivery
From £4.95 - For smaller items and orders outside of our core area, these are delivered with our delivery partner. This service offers:
- Full end-to-end order tracking
- 48-hour delivery when ordered before 10:30am Monday to Friday
- Free delivery on orders over £50 available on smaller home decor items and rugs, excluding large rugs over 200cm
*Some items are packed flat and require full self assembly. These items are excluded from our Premier Delivery assembly.

You can collect your order at your convenience for free from either our store in Waltham Cross, or our Distribution Centre in Hertford.

Smaller items such as dining chairs, pictures and home decor can be collected from our store, Fishpools, 115 High Street, Waltham Cross, EN8 7AL

We proudly deliver across mainland UK, with two levels of service.

South East - Our core region
Delivered by the Fishpools team around the South East of England, you'll benefit from our expert premier delivery team, flexible scheduling, as well as setup, unpacking and recycling (if selected).

Outside our core area
For other areas, we work with trusted third-party couriers to ensure your goods are delivered to your door. Delivery surcharges may apply.

Where we don't deliver furniture
We do not currently deliver furniture to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, or international destinations.

What to expect from our Premier Furniture Delivery
When your new furniture is ready for delivery, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date.
On the day of your delivery, your new furniture will be carefully loaded onto our delivery van to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. On arrival to your home we will:
- Protect your home with floor and door coverings
- Carry items to your room of choice
- Assemble furniture where applicable*
- Remove and recycle all packaging
- Respect your home and leave it clean and tidy
*Some items are packed flat and require full self assembly. These items are excluded from our Premier Delivery assembly.

Clearabee Furniture Recycle
Don’t need your old sofa or furniture? We’ve partnered with Clearabee to provide eco-friendly collection and recycling that you can book online. Clearabee offers on-demand collection at a time that suits you.

Frequently Asked Questions
We provide accurate delivery timelines determined by stock availability and your location. Each product is assigned its own delivery date, and you'll receive a phone call to schedule your delivery once your order is ready. On the day of delivery, you'll get a text reminder, and our drivers will call with their estimated time of arrival.
Need to rearrange your delivery? No problem. Just contact us in advance.
We’re only able to amend delivery addresses in limited circumstances for security reasons. If you’ve made a mistake, please contact us urgently and we’ll do our best to help.
Yes, if your order hasn’t already left our warehouse, we’ll be happy to reschedule your delivery to a more convenient date. Just contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we’ll take care of it.
The time your order will come depends entirely on the courier. For most orders, we can supply order tracking which will indicate an estimated time of which your products are set to arrive. If you haven't received a tracking email for your order, please contact our customer services.
My delivery time slot says 6am, is that when it will arrive?
6am is the earliest our drivers may be on the road. Your actual delivery time will usually be later in the day, and we will confirm a more specific time slot beforehand.
We offer collections from our two locations - our store in Waltham Cross and our distribution centre in Hertford. Please see our click and collection locations above.
If your credit/debit card or other payment method has passed all of its security checks in the checkout, you should be able to select a different address other than the billing address.
If your home is difficult to access, or has specific delivery restrictions, please let us know immediately after placing your order. We’ll pass the information to the driver to help ensure a smooth delivery experience.
We’ll use a trusted third-party courier. Assembly and premium services may not be available.
We’ll keep you updated and explain the reason. If there’s a supplier delay, we’ll contact you as soon as we know more.
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t already been processed for delivery. Please speak to your salesperson to request changes.
