Fishpools is committed to selling only high-quality products, however we understand there may be a time when you may need to exchange or return an item. If you change your mind, please return any item in its original condition within 14 days, with proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund it.

By original condition we mean:

  • The product can be resold at full price, is unused, in its original condition and with all original packaging and labels.
  • We are unable to refund or exchange products which are special orders*, or made to your measurements specifically for you unless faulty, not described, fit for purpose or of poor quality.

To process a refund as efficiently as possible please have your receipt or Purchase Order reference. We will refund to the original payment.

PRODUCTS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED
Unless faulty, not as described, fit for purpose or of poor quality, the following products will not be eligible for exchange or refund;

  • In stock &/or Quick Delivery Furniture, ordered in-store which has been delivered.
  • Furniture items which have been ordered where Fishpools has incurred any resultant expense or committed to a back-to-back purchase from the supplier.
  • Customer Special Order. Any product which is not a stock item and is ordered by Fishpools with one of its suppliers is classed as a 'Special Order'. Orders categorised as a special order cannot be cancelled.
  • Clearance items
  • Products you purchased or received over 14 days ago
  • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than to inspect)
  • Products you did not inspect at time of delivery, you now considered damaged
  • Products without original packaging (or same standard) and labels
  • Products or packaging in poor condition and are not resaleable
  • Products which are ordered or made specifically for you, to your specific measurements.
  • Products that have been modified, installed or altered in any way.
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: Mattresses, Mattress Toppers, Pillows, Mattress and Bedding protectors
  • Please note that items dispatched with Direct Home Delivery may be subject to a returns fee.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Any damages must be advised immediately and no later than 7 days after delivery or collection. We cannot accept liability for damages which are brought to our attention after this period.
