Fishpools is committed to selling only high-quality products, however we understand there may be a time when you may need to exchange or return an item.
If you change your mind, please return any item in its original condition within 14 days, with proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund it, providing it complies with our terms and conditions below.
By original condition we mean:
- The product can be resold at full price.
- Product is unused and no installation has been attempted.
- Product and packaging are in original condition and with all original packaging and labels are in good condition.
PRODUCTS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED
The following products will NOT be eligible for exchange or refund:
- In stock and/or Quick Delivery Furniture, ordered in-store which has been delivered.
- Clearance Items & Display Models.
- Products you inspected in store and then took away.
- Products you purchased or received over 14 days ago.
- Products that have been opened or unsealed.
- Products you did not inspect at time of delivery, you now consider damaged.
- Products without original packaging or packaging is poor/damaged with labels removed.
- Items which are Specially Ordered or made specifically for you to your specific measurements.
- Products that have been modified, altered in any way, or installation has been made or attempted.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: Mattresses, Mattress Toppers, Pillows, Mattress and Bedding Protectors.
NOTIFICATION AND RETURN OF DAMAGED ITEMS
DAMAGES: Any damages must be advised immediately and no later than 72 hours after delivery or collection. We cannot accept liability for damages which are brought to our attention after this period.

COST OF RETURNS:
For returns that we have agreed to which are a customer change of mind, you must return the product to our store or via respected courier at your own expense. The condition of product and packaging detailed above must still hold upon arrival to us for a refund to be made.
Where we agree to a return due to damage or manufacturing issues within guarantee, then we would ask you to return the item to store for inspection, or alternatively provide clear photographic imagery.
HOW YOU WILL BE REFUNDED
You’ll receive a refund within 14 days of returning the item to the same payment method you used.
