Where do I start. There should be 6 stars for Fishpools. The service I received from Ashleigh in
Customer services was the best I have ever received. Polite efficient and super friendly
and helpful. Sourced a discontinued power cable
for my recliner. No charge no postage just amazing.

I wanted a small double bed and went to Fishpools because they have beds that are manufactured for Fishpools and the other best brands. Service, advice, delivery were all 1st class. Bed is fantastic.

Sofa Purchase
All contacts in-store and by phone were dealt with promptly. Delivery and assembly of our sofa were done professionally.

The bar stools are good quality and extremely comfortable. They were delivered on time and we were kept up to date with delivery timing. Would use again.

Professional and reliable service, quality products. However, they need to co-ordinate their delivery times better (that's why I've given 4 stars instead of 5). I was sent a message stating they would deliver between 13:17 and 15:17, but they actually turned up at 11:00 am. So it was sheer luck that I was home in time to receive them.

Really happy from start to finish with the service Fishpools provided. Salesman in the bed department was very helpful, they had an excellent range to look at and lay on, which is very important when you’re buying a mattress. Delivery was quick and delivery man were polite, respectful and made sure I was happy before leaving.

Following on from my review yesterday, 6th April. I had mentioned under the quality of item section that one part of one of the sofas seemed to be short of filling, in my opinion, and that caused the top part of one of the back cushions to be wavy rather than straight and there appeared to be rippling on the back part of one of the arms.
Within 15 or 20 minutes I had a phone call from Julie in customer services, apologising and arranging for their furniture repair specialist to visit on Saturday.
That is one big reason to use Fishpools, I’ve always found them to be efficient and helpful and in this case remarkably quick.

A pleasant experience I had at Fishpools today. I was in search for a bed and I was assisted by Paul Nicola who came across approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process very easy and I left the store pleased. I will sure return again as they have really good quality items and the customer service was excellent.

One week after the sofa bed was delivered I noticed groove where we had sat and the material appeared stretched. I contacted Fishpools and sent them a photograph. They organised a technician to come which was approximately one month after. The technician stated that the amount of stretch on the material was normal and would not deteriorate further.
Fishpools wrote and backed this up saying I could employ a private technician if I wanted to take this further. In other words no help at all. Beware when buying sofas and check if the fabric will stretch (synthetic). My IKEA sofa of 30 years had better quality linen material and cost a lot less than Fishpools.
