Job Opportunity

We’re looking for a Technical Website Lead to help drive the evolution of our online store. This is a key position within our e-commerce team, responsible for the technical performance, functionality, and optimisation of our websites and supporting infrastructure. You’ll work closely with third-party developers and internal stakeholders to ensure the site is always running at its best.

You will:
• Own the smooth running of our e-commerce websites and infrastructure, acting as the main contact for technical third parties.
• Manage all technical changes and implement a structured change management system.
• Lead the technical roadmap, proposing proactive improvements and optimisations.
• Build and manage pages and structure in the Shopify CMS, including app integrations and workflow automation.
• Troubleshoot outages and bugs, taking ownership during emergencies—even out of hours.
• Manage SEO strategy and tools including SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and more.
• Drive data-driven decision making through GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar.
• Support the team with insightful reporting and ensure tracking integrity across platforms.
• Keep up to date with the latest CRO, UX and e-commerce trends to continually improve the user experience.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Technically Driven: You live and breathe data, platforms, and optimisation. You have experience with Shopify, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and a wide range of digital tools that support performance and reporting.
Detail-Oriented & Analytical: You have a strong eye for detail, can spot a bug or broken link in seconds, and know how to read between the data to uncover real commercial opportunities.
Proactive & Resourceful: You take initiative, identify solutions quickly, and thrive on working collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.

Welcome to our esteemed Waltham Cross store. We have a new opportunity in our Lighting department where we help our customers add charm, sophistication and unparalleled style to their homes. You will:

• Create a memorable retail experience with the customer service excellence that truly set us apart.
• Assist customers by listening to their needs and advising accordingly, using your excellent product knowledge.
• Maximise sales opportunities, handling cash and card transactions with speed and precision.
• Prepare the sold product in packaging as appropriate, for either the customer to easily transport or to be sent to customers who purchase via our website.
• Collect lighting items from our on-site storage area as and when required, which may involve some manual handling and stairs.
• Ensure the shelves are always stocked and our complete range is impeccably displayed,
• Collaborate with and support other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, including our customer service department with product queries.

Great People Skills
Whilst no previous sales experience is necessary, ideally you will be:
• Always Customer Focused: Passionate about people. You will have a natural ability to bond with customers and a desire to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
